Jersey Shore's Deena Nicole Cortese is a total wreck. So much so that Spicy Cantina & Mexican Grill doesn't want to see her face until 2014 at the earliest.

New Jersey liquor regulators said Thursday that they fined the Seaside Heights bar a whopping $15,000 for serving a "visibly intoxicated" Deena this June.

That was just before police arrested Deena Cortese for wandering into oncoming traffic PLASTERED in the middle of the day and disturbing the peace ... obviously.

As a condition of an agreement negotiated with Spicy Cantina & Mexican Grill and state regulators, Cortese is banned from the premises for two years.

Police said she was served multiple drinks she did not even order, as well as walked out of the bar with an alcoholic beverage - both illegal in N.J.

"This is a cautionary tale for licensees who think ignoring the law for the sake of air time is good for business," said Michael Halfacre, the division's director.

"By turning a blind eye to the mayhem that can be associated with reality TV, you are risking your livelihood. That is, without a doubt, bad for business."
