Joshua Jackson (Sort of) Teases 'Fringe' Final Season, Slams 'Dawson's Creek' Reunion

After a three-month hiatus,Joshua Jackson returns to Vancouver next week to film the fifth and final season ofFringe.Asked what he could tease about the plot, the 34-year-old actor told THR: "Just about nothing -- because it’s Fringe. Other than the fact that it takes place in the future now."

Jackson portrays Fringe Team consultant Peter Bishop in the culty Fox sci-fi series, created by J.J. Abrams, Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci. The fourth season ended on notes of romance, with Peter and Olivia (Anna Torv) talking babies and settling down, and dread, with the looming threat of a showdown with Observers in efforts to rescue the world-slash-humanity.
