The action-packed blockbuster The Avengers, featuring Robert Downey Jr.and Scarlett Johansson, raked in an impressive $37 million in its fourth week in theaters.

Third place went to Battleship,Alexander Skarsgard and Rihanna‘s action-adventure flick, which brought in $10.8 million. Fourth place went toSacha Baron Cohen‘s comedic satireThe Dictator with $9.6 million.
